XSF scammed by Sesh (Clout)

Detailed description of what happened: I am filing a dispute on behalf of @XSF as he does not know how to do so i want no further involvement @XSF has all evidence needed other than what im about to post... 

XSF contacted Sesh to buy the GT : wuw
He sent a paypal payment and was told to sign into a seperate kik to continue the deal (sketchy af) then the Sesh blocked him and XSF has not received the account.

Update : Sesh changed his KIK in his signature to Urbaans, and also his OGU name to Clout.
