Who can view threads option

There should be an option for upgraded members to choose whether they allow everyone to view their sales thread or only upgraded members. This will help prevent multis from post boosting and sales trashing

I like the idea a lot. Screw those lame multis! And it'll make deals be a lot more smooth since you know more serious people will be on the threads.
