I personally spend about 3 days working on a single design, from sketch - Finish and that is just for logos, currently its taken me just shy of an hour to finish 3 small sketches for a new badge design for a new project, it'll most likely be posted when its done however I'd never post my sketches due to the fact they are messy and are only meant to be used as a reference.

However, when everything is polished I'll post more frequently.
