I'm looking to start investing in the shoe market.
Any tips? I've got about a rack to put down to start if that helps.

try to find a reliable bot for purchasing if you’re going after brands such as supreme, and get into a discord for drops. the rest is fairly simple as you just purchase as soon as the drops release and sell through stockx. you can make a higher profit if you sell privately but then you risk the passage of time while you wait for a buyer for the price that you want and the value of the item will decrease, whereas stockx you will get fairly consistent bids within the first few weeks of the drop being released

if you know absolutely nothing about shoes get into a cook group and you can learn fairly easy from there. If you got the money purchase a bot, it's worth it

do your research and understand what is actually profitable
don't buy shit at random because you think you might profit, your judgement will fail you entirely and understand which sites will give you the highest chance of success.

do not buy a bot or join cook groups, bots will fail you too and you will most likely waste your money. it is possible to get everything manually and will need to practise this to get an understanding of how sites actually work and you will need this understanding if you eventually start getting into botting. cook groups don't really provide much either if you are new, most likely it will just confuse you, you will question everything and then nobody will like you. the only thing i could suggest is finding people specifically in your area and talking to them.

location matters a lot also, find out when and where drops are happening in person. plan out drop days in advance, when and where etc. you are able to get multiple pairs between separate drops. for example in london, me and my friends run circuits through central and we can get many, many pairs between us. instore raffles are easier to win, use friends and family members to get multiple entries.

Where would I go about obtaining a reliable bot? And how much does a good bot usually run?

All the reliable bots are out of stock of their memberships. Most bots go by a monthly payment.

some have monthly plans for around $20 per month, while others cost a one time payment of $500+

botbroker.io or botmart.co are the best places to buy bots, again don't suggest you start spending 1000s of bots if you have fuck all idea what you're doing

only get really hype items

if u have any hesitance, dont buy

better to bank out on a bot on an expensive shoe then to spend on a cheap

do not buy a bot. join a cookgroup like others have said, its easy enough to cop manual. once you know enough about the market you can consider buying a bot
