I think it would be cool to be able to create your own theme with maybe a color panel and the ability to upload a certain size pic where necessary. What do you think?

I agree with this, designers could also sell custom themes, opens a lot of opportunities

Edit: just saw @Dak mentioned designers making themes on my other thread
