VPN blocker.

Obviously some people will disagree with this, but VPN's are a problem when it comes to multi's.

I don't know if Scrambler is the right keyword, but some sites have a thing implemented where it stops 90% if not all of VPN's from accessing there site.

VPN jammer/scrambler/blocker.

Usually things like this scan the web for public VPN ip's and block them. It would be a good idea, but think of the people who just like to be anonymous online that dont multi.

i think ace already has one for tunnelbear, when i used it it would sya my ip is banned.
