TITOK Shadowban or ip ban?

Heres the context:

Personal acc gets like 300-3000 views a video (100 Followers)
Any new acc i make gets 0 views on every video no  matter what (0) followers

I thought the algorithm put your video on like 5 ppls fyp and then based on engagement it would go to more, but im not even getting 5 views, im getting 0.
So is it possible to be shadow banned or ip banned or something????

ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS??? ANYTHING WOULD BE HELPFUL

nah idk what the issue was but i made another acc and put phone number, email, pfp, and fully filled out the acc all my videos get at least 300 views. I think that had something to do w it. Also I posted like 2 times an hour on one acc and it fixed it affter like 10 or so videos it started getting views

i had like 15 followers and posted one and got 200k views. shits weird
