Over the past few weeks, I've been trying to come up with new suggestions/implementations that could reward the users, benefit the site and also help a key minority of this community; the developers.
These suggestions have both been inspired by recent events (Developer Userbar) as well as my personal drive to improve this site.
Lastly, I am also going to mention some aesthetic fixes to certain parts of the website - these are not necessary but would greatly cure my OCD.
SUGGESTIONS:
1. The implementation of a new "Chatter" sub-forum: Programming.
I believe that Developers play a huge role in this community but at the same time are very much unappreciated. The least we could do is give them a place to discuss, ask for answers and give solutions. If you are a part of the official RAIDUSER Discord server you may have noticed the "Programming" however not everyone here uses Discord thus making it difficult for someone to effectively target other developers for an inquiry/problem they have. I am surprised this hasn't been added to the site yet as it would benefit a great sum of people.
2. The Support Award.
Few members here have made some really incredible threads to help the newcomers and also provide support; whether that is digital (threads for securing accounts, how to get started on OGU etc.) or mental (threads about Suicidal thoughts, depression and so on.). My belief is that a simple Sticky award is not enough for these kinds of people. They deserve something more, something that will reward them for the continuous support that they have shown to the site and its members. Thus, I've made a simple award on Photoshop that could greatly be used for this (It's not the best but it's a start):

3. The Vouch Item.
Similarly to the "+1 Reputation" item, the Vouch item would increase the value of a vouch from 1 to 2 or even give a negative vouch (with a value of -1). This kind of item would be a serious thing to own and thus should be used by a small number of people. To facilitate that, the Vouch item would cost 250,000 credits and there would only be two available on site. I've also made a design for this kind of award which can be seen below:

BUGS AND FIXES:
1. If you have bought the Profile Video/Music upgrade you may have noticed that there are black bars on the top and bottom of the video/music clip as shown below. This is probably some misjudged aspect ratio that could be fixed easily (I'm not a web designer but I guess this wouldn't be very difficult to fix).

2. I'm pretty sure we all miss profile pictures that would upload to Imgur instead of uploading them on site. I have no idea if this will ever be fixed but I'm sure I and many others would die to have it back.
3. There have been times where I had to delete vouches off people and every time I did so the site would crash and I would get an internal error like the one below. Again, I'm not a developer or a web designer by any means but the site should redirect to another page when you delete a vouch.

I hope my suggestions get taken into consideration because I truly believe these actions could benefit the site overall. @Ace if you're reading this I would love to see some of these become reality.
