Solar RAIDUSER weekly news

I don't know if this was ever a thing before I joined but I think this would be a dope idea to add like weekly news. 

Some sections could be 

Bans
Upgrades
Big things happening on the site 
The biggest sell in the marketplace for that week 

Stuff like that it could all be in one article and have someone write it each week like every Sunday as a recap from the week. 

Idk what you guys think but I think this would be hella nice if done correctly color coded and all.
