@Seller scammed me

Detailed description of what happened: just when ur day is going good you have people scam u I've been scammed to much I guess it's my own fault. Messaged dude in pms and we did the deal for the stat insta and I went first sent the money then I message him and ask if he gonna send it he says hold on then goes offline it was for 32$ I just want my money or the stat man this is getting ridiculous.
I hope there is an explanation for him being so late to send info but this is what happened
