Scammed from a Stat ig

Detailed description of what happened: He was selling me a 11.3K stat ig and paypal ate 1$ out of my balance so therefor i asked him if i could do 19$ he said sure. I sent the money & then stopped replying to me.

delete the email off account so he cant revert email change so only connect the number and make sure two fac is on then change password

to make sure he doesnt pull with facebook make sure you connect your facebook unlink then link again to remove his face again
