Scammed by @Wins for $35

Detailed description of what happened: Saw @Wins thread about him "selling" his 4 letter xEhh. I Pm'd him about it saying if he could message me from said psn, I would buy it from him for $35 paypal, and so he sent me a message from the psn. He PM'd me back with his paypal email. I attempted sending the $35 to him but i was prompted with a "More about" screen from paypal saying i needed his first and last, and country of residence. I sent him a PM about this with a screenshot of what i was seeing. He then told me he was creating a new PayPal account and sent me the new email to send the money to. I sent the money to that email with a screenshot of me sending it. I Pm'd @Wins telling him hes acting shady and asking if he was gonna send me the account info. He responded asking if i sent it  again asking if i sent it and i said yes along with the same screenshot of me sending the money.  From there it was no response from him.

At least it was paypal and not bitcoin. Go call them up and explain you were tricked into sending it friends and family by a scammer.

If you sent goods and services just open a dispute.
