Everybody jumping to conclusions, but @vyrez has offered to refund multiple times and OP refuses to accept btc, only PP from the PP it was originally sent to.

Also, if I thought a DWC was deemed necessary then he would be in DWC. We have all been discussing the matter in a staff group chat as well, these decisions are not just mine.

It has been decided @vyrez has until thursday to pay OP back, as they have both agreed on this.

I'm going to close this thread until then to prevent drama, but I thought I would update you all on the situation anyway.
