Detailed description of what happened:
Promised he had the gamertag "FXB", he did not have the gamertag and he used the "Inspect Element" tool to make it appear that he had the gamertag. I paid $40 for it, working with the bank in getting that refunded, however, he appears to be a somewhat reputable user and his reputation was good enough to fool me, so I want to make other people aware.
Other details included him giving me fake passwords, responding ever hour or so, and generally delaying time. I can admit I was quite stupid to immediately give $40 to him as a "Friends and Family" user, but I know I can work through it with my CC company. Please be aware of this user and do not trust him.

EDIT1- Yes, I could have played it better but this was only the 2nd time I've made a deal before. Either way, he was the one who scammed me but I should have taken better precautions
