I would like some suit of rule in place for rep where you aren't only allowed to give rep if deserved and ignored you give somebody bad rep for a VALID reason they shouldn't not be allowed to bad rep oi bad class for pay back, Yes this is how i get all my bad rep and ill like this it to stop.

Erm rep means some this when you have a - for no reason it makes you look bad and restricted from entering some giveaways
