nothing we do or say will ever eliminate scams. people are too braindead to not get scammed. you could tell a dude that this guy will scam dont do it and theyll still go ahead and do the deal.

You have good intentions, but none of what you stated is feasible. The "review" process is worthless as I can make a multi tomorrow an get a ton of rep by rep 4 rep'ing and a ton of vouches by doing small CE deals. I don't think that many users trust accounts that have just signed up. People who make multi's will just acquire ret and vouches and scam out when some retard decides to go first to them. The whole thing about OG emails is worthless too as you can state the account comes with an OG email, give the user a fake OG email and still pull it back. What it comes down to is, when dealing with users online one must be highly vigilant, and always understand there is a risk for them to loose money.
