ive been doing 500 situps a day on the peak of mount everest nearly got a 57 pack

Some of my favorites: Hollow Holds, All Variations of Leg Raise (Lying, Hanging), Side Planks;

Important is also your Breathing, Abs are Expiration Muscles, so always make sure you exhale while you are contracting your abs.

Planks, push ups, pull ups, sit-ups but go on YouTube to search shit up also it will take time to get a six pack.
