Step 5: Add 2 step verification

Another simple procedure, for 2-Step Verification, please visit this page. Make sure to take a screenshot of the backup codes for later use

Step 6: Add OG email on the Japanese Account

For this section, if you know the OG email to the account, sign up on the Playstation Website and you MUST select the region as Japan, this will help secure the account as if someone attempts to get the account back, the account will show it is registered under a Japanese account and it will increase the chances of security.

Step 7: Remove Devices

Head over to the "Media and Devices" tab & deactivate all the devices

Note

There's no way to secure a PSN 100%. This is a guide to show you on how you can secure it as best as you can.

When buying a PSN, you should consider buying an account with OG Email access, the serial number for the console & the Date of Birth. This will increase the chances of it being secured.
