New award idea

Should make a "community warning" award. This would be an award (maybe more versions than one), but if you give out enough legit warnings, you would get an award for keeping this site safe and helping out people

1 legit community warnings for the first award?? (maybe only one to begin with)

5 for the second award 

and somewhere around 10 for the 3rd?

They already have a protector award.
