Middleman

I would say this would stop less scamming but when you register to the site and you're new , no one would know what a middleman is , so hence they just send first 

Make a bulletin or on the main page 

USE MIDDLE MAN

Learn more about a middleman

there pretty much already is, when in marketplaces there is a banner recommending middlemen to buyers.
