My ex stole my acc and changed all the sec and I managed to pull it back. 

It isn't simple, it'll take like a week for them to look into it. You'll have to say you got hacked and give them your console Id, they also will ask a ton of questions about the  account like how long you'd had it, since I bought mine I had to make up some bullshit.
