Instagram Password Requests

I've been getting a shit ton of password request e-mails for my stat account. Should I just ignore them? Whoever is doing it is spamming the request button, as I've gotten them at 10:30am, 10:31am, and so on almost everyday this week.

not sure if it only works with verified accounts but i believe there is a toggle option as to where only YOU can make password resets from your device.

i may be wrong though

Hm, I looked around but didn't see anything. If I have a phone number linked to the account, do you know if there's a way to make it so when there is a reset password request, it only gets sent to my e-mail and not my phone #?

i can verify to you that there is s c r i p t in the wild that can do these things, but to what i heard i think it is done manual by a human

i think the best way to resolve this is to remove your phone number and then change your email to one you don’t use, seperate to your personal, that way you don’t have to suffer lots of message
