Instagram Action Block

I need help lol I have an Instagram account that has been on action block for 3 days now.. can't like anything, can't follow, can't comment and now it's not letting me post. It says action blocked with a "tell us" button and I hit that about 100 times so clearly it's not telling them anything lol. Anyone who knows a way around this lmk

Hi, I have a lot of experience in this! first, of al are you using any proxies for the account if you ae then make sure they are the private proxies which are much better

you need to warm up the account before making any mass actions from it,

the first day like 5 posts and follow 2 poeple
the second day like 7 posts and follow 4 people
the third day follow like 15 posts and follow 10 people

keep doing this for a week, it makes Instagram algothrms think that your account is very active and you are using your account a lot, you will not get banned or blocked from doing any acctions them, make sureto have a delay wetween each action!
