Keep trying new things each time. I had five relapses and two resets until I finally passed two weeks, then that streak continued for the full 90 days.
What did it for me was promising to myself I'd avoid PMO (or at least MO) for 90 days, then tracking my days in a spreadsheet and on a grid so I could see my progress. I also moved my tablet away from my bed to break the habit of reaching for it whenever I felt like looking at porn, and enabled adult content filters to keep me from getting... 'ya know. It worked, and I was able to re-introduce all those things after the temptation disappeared (~45 days in).
