IG help

So I randomly Couldn't sign into any instagrams besides the ones on my
Phone already other then that everytime I Try
On a PC or different location it prompts me
To "verify this was you" I click "this was me" and continues to ask for it. I dont know any ideas ?

Maybe you’ve triggered their security system or something. Especially if you’ve logged in from different devices/locations, it’s a reason you may be experiencing this. Have you tried accessing the accounts from the device you’ve used them on?

Yeah it lets me
On my device other then that cant login anywhere else
