Gun laws are so fucked in the States they got it ass backwards.

Gun related fatalities are on the rise even in Canada as the gun market is constantly expanding. Dont see the point in guns to begin with.

If you need a gun to "protect" yourself then you're a coward. There's self defense for that shit. But see this is where it gets fucked.

Cause citizen A buys a gun to protect himself from citizen B who already has a gun, then citizen C feels scared that others have guns and he doesn't. So he purchases one too.

Cause nothing fuels money into government like fear.

Well theirs "gun laws" referring to ownership restrictions ect in most states however I don't see why guns aren't just banned completely with the exception of farmers (livestock protection) and swat.

Police aren't shooting anyone without guns, neither are they going to have massive power based egos like they do now. People aren't going to shoot people because theirs no guns to shoot them with. Sure it could take a while to see a difference but look at any country with guns banned outright and look as the US' gun crime rates and you'll see a big difference.

Also as far as the amendment goes that was to protect the people against a tyrant ruler and basically called for a militia/military to rise up if required. Not so Billy Bob can shoot his cock off by accident because he's off his nut on moonshine

A well-regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.


Didn't realise every one of you were military trained. The amendment is outdated and refers to a time where the population was small enough that all would be required to overthrow if required. Just admit you all love your toys too much.

a lot of people live without a gun, people use them for hunting and other things, not just self defense.
it's a right, written hundreds of years ago. it's been around for a long time and isn't subject to change.
