REASON:SCAMMER 

i was selling him a twitter account and i gave him details etc and when i asked him to pay i knew he was stalling bc i saw he was looking at a post called how to secure a twitter account so i knew i was about to get scammed, it doesnt bother me it was only 2k but its the fact hes a scamming fuck and needs to be IP banned etc.
