Fortune&Solar Tab/Forum?

Good evening Gents..

I think we should have a section for Fortune/Solar users only?  "General" ~ "Market" & "Upgraded" or something?  Only one forum, no sub-forums, etc, just so upgraded users can chat among themselves?  I may consider giving some shit out to upgraded only users.

the hell does that have to do with anything? Think having a "private" forum for donators is "old news?" It really isn't.  Back in 2011 when I was an admin on an active blackhat RS site, I use to give out $1,000-$2,000 in free shit to our/my donators each month.  Same can happen here. It gives people an actual incentive to get the rank, and an actual profit to be made/had.
