I realized that the ignore system is kinda bugged out, or for some reason @Ace just made it that way.

Essentially, you can't view a user's reputation if you are on their ignore list. (If it isn't through a post). You also can't quote them, or give them reputation.

You can, but it's much harder to get on their reputation page.

And I lost $150 gambling.

So it's safe to say, that -$150 turned into the ghost award.
