Alright maybe the first part is opinion but it's definitely been known of him to do this and he even states it in his sales thread. Whether you think it's unprofessional of him or not, he practically agreed when he paid for his services.

I don't see anything about having to wait a week for a signature on his thread. Your right ive seen disputes on him about gfx and he always resolves but he needs to get to work.
