Detailed description of what happened: I was looking for a good GFX guy to do me a Avi and Sig, and I found Evan. He showed me examples of his work, so I decided to use him as he had a good rep and decent work. He responded fairly quickly, that is until I paid him. I think he may have blocked me, idk. It isn't much, but it's still scamming. All this over 10 bucks, smh.
EDIT: I bought under the assumption to get it that night, or day next as latest. I understand shit happens and he could be busy, but he was replying just fine until I paid him. Apparently he does this often for people to be saying "He's a busy guy, wait". If he knows he's busy he shouldn't be taking payments, or he should state it can take a while. I doubt he's scamming. But apparently he does the type of stuff often, don't you wonder how many people didn't get their shit bc they didn't constantly hit him up? Because they thought they got scammed? I bet you there is tons. I bought thinking I was gonna get it that night, or following day. He said that in HIS words, it's not like I just assumed. I just want my shit, or my money back.
