Water is the real deal, y'all. I had water for every meal for 2 weeks, voluntarily, and I've never felt more at ease. Some stomach discomforts were gone and I've forgot I ever had them. I simply think water is boring to drink and sodas, or any other sugary drink is way exciting, but water is medicinal. Water works better than any soda I've ever had. 

I hope this inspires one of you to do this and better. Water is good. Drink water and occasionally drink your sodas. Water comes first tho.

Drinking fuzzy drinks instead of water is a life threatening issue. Your body needs water with all its minerals not plain H2O. It is constantly trying to break down the fuzzy drinks and gets its bit of water from there. You should take aside all those sugary and exciting drinks for a while and start consuming real boring water, for the sake of your life.

you just encouraged me to try this. Only water starting now. Only way i think i would fail is by just forgetting which 90% chance I will. The only thing i really drink is gatorade which is basically soda. Powerade is just flavored water i think though and those are good tasting to

Honestly, see it as a medicine and uninterrupted kind of drink. Water never hurts you, you DO feel better after finishing a meal then drinking water. No side effects, except if you drink tooooo much. But honestly man, come by this thread if you can and want to feel encouraged to continue.
