For stock images, use unsplash. I'm not sure about flames and effects but I'd gotten mine from old graphic packs from way back. Once I have decent internet I'll try to reupload those for you. I think this website does have a few renders though, it's mainly anime related but I've seen effects like that from here. You can also try searching "C4D Packs" over deviantart.com, or "C4D effect packs". That always works. There's also freepik.com where you can search for effects, though you'd have to remove the background via adobe illustrator first.
