Think before you post , if you look at vouches/rep before dealing with someone and that's what you go by you're not very smart anyways. You deal with people based on if they're actually trusted or not, a green number isn't going to tell you that.

Deal with caution is pointless in my opinion, you should deal with caution when dealing with anyone right ? If the user is a scammer get them off the site. Don't give them a special userbar.
