Crypto Why is it so damn hard to buy crypto?

Today had like 30 people deny me on other websites because I'm underaged and don't have an ID for my PayPal. I've bought large amounts of BTC on forums without an ID and people checking for "verified PayPal" bullshit like two months ago, and now everyone's asking for other stuff

someone help, what changed

People using stolen PayPals. Try to build your rep up on the places you'd like to conduct business. You can always buy from LBTC with cash, or use an alternative payment method on here or another forum like AGC, Venmo, etc. There are also sites/apps like Coinbase that allow you to purchase via credit card.

understand that, but surely there's another way to prove it's your PayPal other than linking an SSN or bank account? I just did a deal on another forum for the BTC I needed so that's not a problem, but it should've just been that easy from the beginning to me. It could bdb because of rep on that forum but eh, snakes these days can scam a lot ;(

Just put the account under your mom/dad's name, and link it up with their info. Will also stop PP limitations.

mom doesnt trust online companies
doubt my paypal will get limited because it's never had more than $100 in it, also trying to stop PP limitations by converting to btc

check to see if there is a btc atm near you. if not, you can buy amazon cards and go to paxful.com and trade it in for like 0.85 on the dollar.

Is it really that hard just to verify your pp?
I've had mine verified since 14.

well idk how to tell if a paypal is verified or not, but every seller i come across says "sorry u dont have id verification, a bank or ssn linked to your paypal i cant sell to you"
it's kind of annoying
