is shapeshift.io legit? i want to exchange btc to eth with a reputable site.

Ive had ONE successful exchange and ONE bad exchange with them.

The first one was great and I exchanged quickly.

The second time, took about 2 hours, and they ended up refunding my money and they took a $14 fee out of a $50 transaction. Ridiculous.

My feelings are mixed.
