yes there is; most platforms provide tax documentation if you request it.

Yup. If trading is your only source of income. Ofc there are ways to avoid it (pretty easily too), unless you do very high volume and if so then just pay your taxes.

Yeah, and they are different in every country, but unless you trade huge ammounts you can avoid them
