Crypto Paypal issues

I tried to receive 2 paypal payments from 2 different users tonight and they both got the same error message that it could not be done. 
I see other people are having issues aswell with sending/receiving payments and the feedbacks are all that you have to wait a day + for this to fix?

Haven't used mine in a month but I used it today with no issues.
It also depends on your level of verification as well as the senders verification. Also where the money came from.

They put holds on people for like 24 hours.

@Abuse I have a verified PP and I got an error message trying to send PP to someone (yesterday) and just 10 minutes ago someone tried sending something to me and got the same error message so idk what the fuck is going on.

Yeah.. so weird, I have like 4 paypals and one of them does this all the time.
I'm able to send payments fine on my other accounts though. Not sure why this happens.
If you have a dynamic IP, resetting your ip works sometimes.
