Beam can vouch. He then said his bank charged back the $12 on beam too so it'd seem like an accident, I had asked beam if he charged back and he said no. He charged back on me not a few hours after the deal. I told him initially i would pull the account back if he charged back. I asked him multiple times to return it because I didn't feel like pulling it. He just stalled.

yeah I usually win most disputes on PayPal, I uploaded proof to them of how he blamed it on region of my PayPal and shit lol . So I should have the $ and the account back.
