yes im aware of what exchanges are and how they work. but hes not exchanging because he needs or wants money on a different platform he's just taking the same amount of money and passing it around with a bunch of people trading it over and over again with the intent on just getting vouches. not to actually exchange the money. technically he is exchanging if you want to go by technicalities then yes he is still exchanging. But passing around the same money intentionally for trying to get vouches clearly is farming

He is the exchanger, if people need BTC they can go to him to get the BTC with whatever payment method. Why would he have to take his money to a different platform if he is an exchanger? There’s multiple people that run services like that. It’s fairly profitable and takes no effort. If you needed BTC and had Cashapp I would charge you 10% and walk away with some profit. What’s the big deal?
