Close /Junk thread option for all upgraded members.

It would be nice to be able to junk / close threads as an upgraded member. (Fortune and Solar)

I do not know if this was already suggested and denied but worth a shot.

If not, can Fortune members close a thread at least?

I think this would be implemented for the next upgrade as they don't want Solar & fortune to have too many privileges.
