Whenever i deal with people who are new or don't have a reputable name in community i usually get them to include a note saying: "i will not chargeback" and then get payment sent to my dummy PayPal then send to my main, i usually go on my 4g on my dummy so IP's don't match (less chance of limitation), so even if he somehow charges back he'll lose due to the note and will be unable to chargeback on you again and regardless it would be in your dummy account and the money won't be touched sitting in your main.

A few mins after he sent the payment I couldn't send the money to my main so I thought paypal was just being dumb but turns out he's charging back and last night he said he's going to expose me and @Revoke :/ and wanted us to give him another 4 letter psn.

You either got sent by a fucked currency and had a 24 payment paypal review or you got an eCheque (Bank) and you had to wait like 1-2 weeks upto a month to receive and he just cancelled the monies after he got the item
