I think only upgraded members can post in tools but you can post in members services for awhile until you get up there.. hook me up with a vouch copy for whatever it is (;

I can view the section but the "new thread" tab is not there for me...as in I can't click it because its physically not a button for me to click.


Defile sent me a link for the tools/programs new thread page and that's when I ran into the "you do not have access to this page" error
