does anybody know how to get 360 gamer pictures on your Xbox one profile I’ve seen a couple of people doing it and was wondering how it was achieved

And I’m not talking about screenshotting a 360 profile picture and putting it on your account.

If anybody is nice enough to teach me how to do it that would be great

you cant necessarily do this. you can only have this on your xbox one account if you still had a 360 pic set
