Okay so I recently just came back. About the dupes, so does it copy the original V1 tag XUID? And Microsoft can’t really tell since it’s a computerized system that detects it or can they? There’s some good ones out right now but idk if I should take the risk.

No, it doesn't copy the XUID. Once it's duplicated, it will show a 901 unless you swap it to an older account. Honestly, I have no idea if Microsoft can instantly detect it. I don't think so because I would think they would just mass ban them all and find a patch.
