Auto refresh notifications / PMs

Sometimes I don't like keep refreshing each 10 minutes to see if I have any PM or any notification, so if you implement some Ajax code, it can maybe be possible, so notifications and PM's would be refreshed automatically.

I think it's a good idea to make easier the work here :)

It's easy to implement, they're only 2 buttons, but yes, they're so busy, the forum requires a lot of work
