Anyone else addicted to caffeine?

Since were talking about vices does anyone else drink a shit load of caffeine?
I on average drink 600-700 mg everyday minimum though energy drink and shit I used to be worse to

Nah some days i will drink 500-600mg if i have a long day at work but i usually dont rely on it or drink it much other than for my workouts.

Regardless i do love caffeine though who doesnt?

I feel like I can't think without my regular intake of it, could have worse addictions I guess

at one point i was working out 5 days a week and drinking some energy drinks for work more often and i felt i got mad headaches after i stopped using the preworkout and stuff it was like withdrawals lol 

i mean too much caffeine can kill so be careful sir its def not good for your heart

I had a friend which went to the gym with me and he probably took 600-800mg coffeine through pills daily aswell

problem was, he was really sleepy if he didn't take some coffeine at the morning and on the weekends he couldn't sleep at all, so he always had a bad sleep schedule.

you can do it over a short period of time but long time it ain't good for you, try to reduce it weekly and stop it completely (same as cigarettes)
