Detailed description of what happened: Not the exact thread but very similar. So i bought an ig of this guy for 1- England pounds $20 for me im AUS and in his exact words he said the followers would not drop it was a 12.5k im now at 4k the reason i didnt make this sonner is because i made a claim on paypal and they did not refund me he is a scum and i wont him to refund me please look at the pictures. James talk to me on kik if you wont me to delete this and refund me you scum
