Buying backend software that panels use - paying $$$$

I have am looking for the backend software that panels use. I have my own accounts for twitter, fb, etc. I need some way I can use them without getting them banned. I know there is software that can manage them all at once and how to correctly manage login tokens to not be banned fast. I am interested in buying that from someone, PM me your price.

I have 10k accounts already. I don't need account creator bots. I need software to manage existing accounts.
I have capital. 4k sounds overblown, looking for under 1k

I know 99% of panels just resell using an API
