What's your biggest gaming pet peeve?

I'm a PC gamer so mine would have to be, playing in the middle of a CS:GO competitive, and accidentally jumping at the worst time and making a butt load of noise.

or when running with your gun out and checking everything.. minute i pull out a nade or my knife someone pops around the corner and fucks me

YUP, the second you pull out a nade lmaoooo, the jumping thing is bad for me cause I have jump on scroll wheel so it'll just happen out of the blue from the wheel being stuck or just in a weird position.
